Campus Life
The purpose of the IVElite Mentoring Program is to help students become autonomous learners. Support and experience sharing from seniors, as well as different team and leader training, help students quickly adapt to the new learning environment and establish their own learning strategies.

This program provides different platforms to strengthen students 'communication skills and help them become confident, expressive, effective communication and cooperative people.
The Wofoo Leader Network is student-led and aims to develop in three major directions: cultivating leaders through "leader Training", promoting responsible citizens through "citizen education", and building a harmonious and caring society through "social services". By organizing various types of activities and study Tours, we aim to enhance students' sense of caring for society, foster a positive attitude, and cultivate them into responsible citizens and leaders to jointly build a harmonious society. The officers and members of the Wofoo Leader Network have the opportunity to interact with various professionals and college students. These experiences can broaden students' horizons and leadership skills, and lay a better foundation for their future career development.
The Wofoo Leader Network has a total of ten branches at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, the Hong Kong Design Institute, the Hong Kong Institute of Information Technology and the International Culinary Institute, and has established one branch at the Youth College.
The Vocational Training Council (VTC) is committed to promoting the all-round development of young people. In line with this philosophy, the VTC Symphony Orchestra and the VTC Chorus were established in 2005 and 2009 respectively, creating a unique artistic and cultural platform for VTC students, alumni and staff, allowing them to showcase their musical talents and fully display their strengths.
Since 2006, the VTC Symphony Orchestra has invited Dr. Shi Xinzhi, an internationally renowned conductor, to serve as its artistic director and conductor. Under the leadership of Dr. Shi, the orchestra has performed at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, the Shanghai Concert Hall and other venues, and has also collaborated with international elites such as pianist Mr. Joe Tsai and the renowned Finnish soprano Yoda. In collaboration with Hoberley, many wonderful concerts have been brought to the audience.
The VTC Symphony Orchestra and Choir are hailed as the "VTC Music Ambassadors", frequently performing at the bureau's major events and holding an annual concert every year, featuring renowned pieces from both China and abroad. In 2017, the choir won the silver award in the "Folk Song and Dance Performance Chorus" category of the "Belt and Road World Choral Festival Competition". In 2022, the two groups jointly presented the VTC 40th Anniversary Concert, which was packed to capacity and highly praised.
